It would be wrong to consider that e-liquid completely replaces tobacco. Certainly, some tastes approach it and nicotine can greatly reduce the feeling of lack. However, you will not be able to find the exact taste of cigarettes, if only because certain (harmful) substances create the taste. That being said, a multitude of flavours and dosages allow everyone to find “e-liquid for their e-cigarette”!
The first step: choose your perfume
To begin with, it is best to opt for tastes close to your consumption habits. There is a multitude of tobacco flavours for this purpose: Camel and Marlboro but also “American tobacco” and even “British tobacco”. It is best to taste to find the right taste.

Some sites also offer “discovery kits” to help you make your choice. After a while, you may be tempted by different tastes, more fruity or gourmet. On this point, the choice is not lacking! There are almost all fruit flavours and tastes that you can’t even imagine. Thus, you can enjoy the e-liquid flavour “Redbull” or “Pina Colada”, “Coca” or “Mojito”. For the more traditional, there are also chocolate, coffee or caramel-flavoured e-liquids. As you will have understood, there are as many perfumes as there are vapers, so treat yourself and vary the pleasures.
The second step: choose the nicotine dosage of your e-liquid
The e-liquid dosage varies from 0 mg of nicotine to 24 mg. From 16 to 24 mg: this dosage corresponds to fairly strong cigarettes (Marlboro style) and is suitable for average or heavy smokers. From 6 mg to 12 mg: this dosage corresponds to “light” cigarettes and is suitable for light smokers or occasional smokers. 0 mg: this dosage is suitable for the vaper who is no longer dependent on nicotine and who uses his e-cigarette for the pleasure of flavour and gesture.
The third step: the origin of the e-liquid
Most of the e-liquids sold are of Chinese origin (Ruyan or other Dekang). They are made from the same base as other e-liquids. They are mainly composed of propylene glycol, vegetable glycerine and food flavouring. Propylene glycol faithfully restores the aromas while vegetable glyceride restores the smoke very well. Prices vary widely, as does quality.
